The Midwest Renewable Energy Fair has selected Chaolysti to deliver a presentation as part of their Professional Development and Tools of the Trade track aimed at installer and contractor education. Principal Pamela Cargill will deliver a presentation entitled "Leveraging Software to Reduce Solar Soft Costs."
Join Ms. Cargill at 4PM on Saturday the 20th in the Pink Tent for this presentation. Check the Fair guide for any updates on time or location.
Ms. Cargill published an article earlier this year with SolarPro magazine investigating a number of software tools installers can use to help streamline aspects of their business and complement their business model. The presentation will build off her program of driving sustainable soft cost reductions and customer value through operational effectiveness techniques and lessons learned inside and outside the solar industry. She will present best practices learned from some of the largest installers in the industry packaged in a relevant format for smaller installers including business model innovation as well as of software tools and selective outsourcing models.
