The SEIA Solar Heating and Cooling Division contracted Pam to participate in their upcoming symposium during Intersolar. They were interested in adding more interactivity to the program so Pam was excited to propose a version of her popular Soft Cost Treasure Hunt workshop to the leadership team.
Pam lead her business improvement workshop "The Soft Cost Treasure Hunt" at the SEIA Solar Heating & Cooling Symposium during Intersolar. Small groups worked together to brainstorm ways to improve a case study solar contracting business.
50 solar heating and cooling professionals learned concrete techniques to guide how they engage their employees to source and solve some of the company's most pressing problems. Participants broke in to 5 groups to practice how to do it, walking away with materials and guides that will help them enact that process themselves.
